STAFF TRAINING & CHRISTMAS PARTY - DECEMBER 10, 2019
President / CEO Dr. Cargando conducted the 2019 year-end all staff training combined with a review of how well Creative Solutions performed this year and what are the opportunities to work on in 2020. Noteworthy is that CSKF achieved a 75% permanency outcome compared to 72 in 2018. Our resource families satisfaction survey is very favorable at 90%. In addition, CSKF has earned a new 3-year accreditation from CARF.
These positive outcomes are attributable to the commitment to high quality service by CSKF’s leadership team and all staff members. Dr. Cargando recognized the staff for their strong performance and thanked them for their contribution. We thank everyone for a very successful year 2019!
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY CELEBRATION - DECEMBER 6, 2019
Creative Solutions hosted its annual Christmas Holiday Celebration on December 6, 2019 at Marinaj Banquets & Events Center in Moreno Valley. It was attended by about 350 foster kids and families. The event was intended to give the kids a fun and memorable experience.
And by all accounts they all had an enjoyable time. After a delicious buffet, all guests were entertained by a musical number performed by CSKF Staff followed by A Sing-A-Long joined by the kids and their families. Then all the kids invaded the dance floor to the delight of the young "once".
RECOGNITION DINNER FOR HS GRADUATES - AUGUST 19, 2019
The dinner recognition for our high school graduates is an annual event for our youth who finished their high school. This program is aimed to listen and hear their feedback about their foster care journey, life's goals and also provide them assurance of support in reaching those goals. Most often, these youths need encouragement and continued support to overcome the challenges of life.
This years honorees are Amanda and Kyleen. Congratulations to both and our wish for success in the future. In addition to a nice dinner, each received a laptop to celebrate their achievement.
RESOURCE PARENTS' BREAKFAST WITH THE CEO - AUGUST 22, 2019
CEO Dr. Ryan Cargando with RFA Manager, Pam Tarango hosted another wonderful event to recognized four Resource Parents for their outstanding work caring for our foster kids. Ryan and Pam expressed their thanks and presented each one with a certificate of appreciation along with a gift card. The other good this about this event is it gives resource parents the opportunity to share their feedback about this program.

A MARK OF CONTINUING EXCELLENCE: CARF RE-ACCREDITATION
CSKF founder, Dr. Ryan Cargando unveiled his vision for growth during Creative Solutions All-Staff Forum to review the upcoming CARF re-accreditation process. The announcement made by Ryan of plans for expansion in programs and services was met with excitement by the staff as these will positively impact CSKF's outreach to children in foster care and families. As a CARF accredited organization, CSKF has earned the recognition of excellence in service. Everyone at the forum reaffirmed their commitment toward the accomplishment of CSKF's mission.

CSKF's Administrator, Linda Montoya along with Supervising Social Worker Michelle Crain, hosted a special event honoring this year's high school graduates and middle schooler's promotion. We appreciate the dedication and efforts each of them have put in. We are so proud of what have been able to accomplish. In addition to a certificate of recognition, each student received a special gift from CSKF. Great Job!!!

Founder and CEO Ryan Cargando along with RFA Manager, Pam Tarango hosted a breakfast gathering to recognize foster parents for their shared commitment and contribution to the accomplishment of CSKF's mission. Each RF received a certificate of appreciation for opening the doors to their hearts and homes to care for our kids in foster care. This meeting provided an opportunity for parents to share feedback and speak directly with the leadership of CSKF to enhance the working dynamics in providing service to children and youth.
