Creative Solutions for Kids & Families (CSKF) was founded in 2005

by CEO Dr. Ryan Cargando with a vision to empower children and families through compassionate, community-based care. As a therapeutic foster care agency, we provide individualized, trauma-informed services that support safety, well-being, and long-term stability.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: every child and family is unique. We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we meet each individual where they are by offering personalized support that honors their experiences, strengths, and potential.
