Her experience spans various roles as clinician, teacher, speaker, writer, therapist counselor for students and parents and social worker. Rocio has integrated both her experience and enthusiasm to help others through the care of children and families. She brings to CSKF understanding of children from both a parental and educator's perspective. She is gentle, warm, loving and sensitive which are evident in her care planning for children assigned to her. Rocio believes in balancing love and respect for children with discipline as necessary to move a child in the right direction. She is very skilled in assessing the needs of children and in collaborating to create care plans. She is bi-lingual (in Spanish).

It is not surprising that resource parents continue to express their appreciation for her commitment and dedication that Rocio has demonstrated over the years. Suffice to say, kids and families love her in return.
 

 As a former educator, Claudia has over 9- years of experience caring for children and supporting families. Claudia is very hands-on in training and mentoring new SWs, providing support to ensure service expectations are exceeded. Her ability to relate to people comes naturally. Claudia  is  highly  dependable  to  manage  tasks and  maintain  composure  even  in  crisis  situation. Her willingness to do whatever it takes combined with the quality of her work have positively impacted the lives of the children and families she serves.

Rod has over 30 years of combined experience in child welfare and serving adults with developmental disabilities. Rod has served in the capacities of social worker, trainer,  supervising worker and FFA administrator. Additionally, Rod owned his own business as a wedding and portrait photographer. This has  provided opportunity  for Rod to enrich  a  strong customer service skills that he has integrated  into  his  job  as  an agency social worker.

Rod is  a  team player and generously offers  his  time  and  services  to his  co-workers. In  a  short period  of  his  employment with CSKF, Rod  has  given  a remarkable  amount of contribution to enrich the  program of CSKF.
